It has been nearly a decade since Howard Ackerman and Dave Falcon met to discuss the possibility of starting their own law firm. In the ten years since, Howard became the visionary of the firm and helped us achieve success. As he enters the next chapter of his career, we want to thank him for the guidance he has provided and the incredible legacy he leaves behind. Mr. Ackerman has been representing accident victims and injured workers since 1987. He has appeared before the trial and appellate courts of Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. and represented thousands of injured clients. His goal for each case is to aggressively and ethically advocate for his client so that the maximum benefits available under the law are obtained.

Mr. Ackerman understands that clients do and should expect to enjoy excellent communication with their lawyer. This is essential to providing clients with an outstanding customer service experience.
